This project tool place in the Verrado neighborhood, and was such a great experience. The clients knew what they wanted and we were able to bring their vision to life through our design process. It has just about everything you need on order to entertain upwards of 50+ people comfortably. A "spool" with a baja shelf, therapy jets, a water feature wall and fire pots. We included a putting green for the golf enthusiast, and an outdoor living area that exceeded the expectations of our clients. In the photos you will see not one but two islands for cooking and serving, a "look through" fireplace/fire pit structure that allows you to warm up by the fire in two locations.

This beautiful contemporary tropical yard, includes all the elements a yard deserves. From the Rock slide to the swim in grotto, the kids love the kids love the experience. The adults enjoy watching from the complete outdoor kitchen fully equipped with gas heaters and a TV. The tropical landscaping really finishes the project nicely.

Sunken fire pit/Negative Edge

At Unique outdoor designs LLC, we focus on creating the most unique outdoor living environments. We give full attention to every details requested by our clients.  This project entails almost every custom feature you could possibly want in a backyard escape. 
We focused on a natural design to incorporate the surrounding environments, this property sits along a natural trail/creek bed, and most of the Oak trees that can be seen, are in that area. 
We included a massive rock slide/cave/waterfall system for the grand kids to enjoy, A large 12" deep kiddie pool with a second large in pool reef. 
A custom sunken fire pit area with a "zero edge" spillway surrounding the entire thing for those beautiful evening gatherings along with a 55' long negative edge giving it the illusion of the pool flowing of the edge. . 6 Automated fire pits were spread throughout the rock structure  and next to the spa for a warm, natural feeling. The fog machines add a natural appeal of an early morning mist. We included 24 LED color lights throughout the pool/spa for a warm glow at night.

Including a slide/waterfall/cave combo with natural stone veneers and decking throughout. Multiple outdoor living areas complete with fire pits and fire places invite you to relax in style. The outdoor kitchen is like no other. Get ready to host game day with your friends and family.

This stunning yard transformation started with a pool only, we added the raised spa, outdoor living area with kitchen, fire place etc. The fire pit next to the spa is the perfect place to sit and relax.

The 'Natural" look of this project makes it feel like the rest of the property was built around the existing pool and features.
It has multiple elevations due to the property being on a massive slope. The owner also purchased the adjacent lot and we designed a "park" area for his kids along with a separate "lap" pool and bathroom/shower structure.

This project was a difficult one to design and we were working against a massive up slope (about 15' tall at the bottom)
The design had to coincide with some crazy structural engineering, but in the end we pulled it off and the client could not be more happy.
