One on one communication with your designer
Exact recreation of your existing home and property layout in 3D
Conceptual 3D renderings of your completed design
Revision of initial conceptual design based on your feedback of original design
HOA approved / All city building department approved / Construction ready site plans and construction documents. Including materials, quantities, elevations, dimensions, finishes, etc
What are construction documents and why do I need them?
Included with every design project is a complete set of digital construction documents. These “plans” are what allows any qualified contractor to build out your yard exactly how we have designed it with you.
Detailed Plans are required by all city building departments in order to obtain permits for the work. Our plans are accepted by all jurisdictions.
These plans specifically callout all material selections, quantities, height/elevations of all elements, so nothing is left to question.
Structural Engineering IS NOT INCLUDED in any of our packages but can be provided through any of our Engineers in our network
How do I know that what has been designed can actually be built?
With our extensive background not only designing but building luxury residential resorts throughout southern California for the past 20 years, you can rest assured, that everything we have designed can be constructed on site.
If at anytime during construction something isn’t laying out properly, we will make any necessary revisions to the plans to correct the issue, at no additional cost to you.
We are also happy to introduce you to one of our qualified contractors that can take your vision and our design package and execute flawlessly. Most of our contractors have been working with our designs for many years.
What areas do you service?
With the advancements in technology, we are capable of offering our services as well as working on projects worldwide.
We can offer both virtual services for those who prefer that, and we are available to travel to meet in person for those that prefer a in-person experience.
If services are done virtually, the client would be responsible for providing detailed photos of all areas of the property
