What type of swimming pools do you build?
We specialize in building custom "Shotcrete" swimming pools, that are built to last in the Arizona climate. Each pool is designed specifically for your vision and your yard.
Do you offer custom designs for our project?
- Yes,
We are all about creativity and being "Unique". Unlike most pool builders, we don't offer "Pool Packages" since each and every project is specifically tailored and designed with your ultimate vision, and "Wish List". We spend the time getting to know you and your family, listening not only to what you want your yard to look like, but how you plan to use it. This allows us to maximize the architectural appeal as well as functionality.
How much does it cost to build a pool, and do you offer financing?
- Since we dont offer "Pool Packages", we dont have a base pool cost, Each pool we design and build is priced according to the specifications for that project. A typical project will include a swimming pool, heated spa, water feature, fire pit, BBQ island, pavers, turf, landscaping and lighting and will typically cost around $150-$200K.
- Yes, We work with two "outdoor living" finance companies to help our clients build their dream yards.
How long does it take to build a pool, and what kind of warranties do you offer?
- A typical timeline for constructing a swimming pool only is about 4 weeks (From the issuance of permits), but with a complete backyard project, it will take approx. 2-3 months, depending on the included scope.
