OUR PROCESS
Whether it’s a simple remodel or an extensive new project, our design/build process is tailored to your specific needs and overall vision for your space. Our experience in the outdoor living industry has allowed us to create a streamlined system that focuses on maximizing your yards potential, creating a space you will want to spend as much time inn as possible and focusing on our 100% customer satisfaction. Take a few minutes and read through our industry leading process below.
I. DISCOVERY CALL
Day One
We start with a discovery phone call where we gather information about your vision for your outdoor living space so we can understand just what you are expecting in your own resort. (UOD is available for on-site meetings as well. Depending on location and scale of project)
II. SITE VISIT
Week One
During the discovery call, we will find a time that best suits your schedule for an on-site visit. This is where we will gather photos of the site, and measurements of the existing property. This allows us to create the most accurate layout.
III. CONCEPTUAL DESIGN
Week one
After our site visit, we take all the information back to our office and get to work, We use state of the art computer software to create the most unique outdoor living area for you and your family, incorporating every one of your "wish list" Items, as well as utilizing our experience to provide a one of a kind oasis.
IV. THE BIG REVEAL
Week Two
Upon completion of your initial design, we will set up an online meeting (or in person if preferred) to take you through a virtual tour of your finished design. You will see all the features we have implemented (swimming pool, outdoor living, fire features, landscaping and lighting, and all hardscape elements), in both a daytime and nighttime experience. At this time, we will take notes of any changes you would like to make. Some changes can be made right in front of you. Larger changes will be made over the next week
V. ESTIMATING/BID
Week Two
After any requested changes or revisions have been completed and approved, We will prepare accurate take-offs of the entire project scope in order to provide an accurate estimate.
We will provide a detailed breakdown of each included item, From the swimming pool process, all the way through final stages and project completion. After a contract has been signed, we will start the plan preparation and scheduling a start date.
VI. CONSTRUCTION
Time is dependent on permits
Once we have reached the approved contract stage, now the fun begins. Depending on the size and scope of your project, you could have a completed yard within 6-8 weeks (larger projects will be longer). We will be with you at each step of the process, ensuring our project is being executed and the quality is up to our extremely high standards. Once we are finished and cleaned up, you are ready to make lasting memories with your friends and family.
